Online shopping is safe a lot of times and your order will be delivered in front of your door safely. Our company will give our customer a better experience shopping online with us.
We suggest to all of our customers to read the terms and conditions carefully as this are the basis of our sale agreement between you and Little Giant when you purchase from our website. Once the order is placed and proceeds, means you as a buyer is agree to our terms and conditions. If you have any doubt about the terms and conditions, please contact us for further information.
These terms and conditions may change from time to time, therefore we recommend to all our customers to review these terms and conditions every time you do purchase from our website that may affect you.
All products are supplied subject to availability. We will do our best to supply the right products as you requested. But sometimes the product is not available. This is why we are always send you a confirmation email for your order.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST. The prices indicated for products are excluding postage handling fee. Prices may change anytime without any notice. We will do our best to ensure the prices listed in our website are accurate anytime.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices listed are include GST. The current GST is 10% (may change in future) based on Australian legislation.
Shipping / Delivery Policy
We are using wide range of Australia couriers with tracking number. We will not deliver to a PO Box. Shipping cost is based on order sizes, weight and location to deliver. We are trying our best to give our customer the lowest and safest shipping cost. This is the reason why we are sending you confirmation order to your email provided with the final total order including delivery cost and the payment method before we process it further. Order will be despatched within 1-2 business days and shipping time will be between 2-7 working days depending your location.
You will be required to give us the correct address information to ship your order. If this is incorrect, this will delay your order and vary the shipping costs charged or if the order has been delivered to the wrong address, we cannot replace the goods.
If you have multiple orders, we are happy to combine the shipping fee. Please let us know by clicking contact us and mention your multiple order numbers.
Orders cannot be pick up for liability reasons.
Incorrect Goods Supplied
If we supply you with an incorrect product, we will supply you with the correct product once the incorrect product has been returned in its original packaging and unused condition. In the event of a wrong product being supplied, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. The freight cost incurred will be paid by Little Giant.
Product Damaged / Lost
All orders will be delivered using wide range of Australia couriers with tracking number. They are always do their best to deliver your goods safely and in a good condition.
Please ensure you open your parcel and check all items are included and undamaged. If goods are damaged, you will need to contact us within 24 hours. Photos and details of damage is needed when you return the damaged item to us. Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after 48 hours of receiving your goods.
We are supplying quality products and we do random check before we send it to our customer. If goods purchased are found faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery in writing. We will supply a return authorisation number for repair or replacement if item is unable to be repaired. Cost of returned good is on your own responsibility.
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.
Return accepted for manufacturing faulty/damage only. You must contact us within 7 days from purchase date and provided with the original receipt. We will give supply a return authorisation number for repair or replacement if item is unable to be repaired. Cost of returned good is on your own responsibility.
All goods have to returned in the original packaging and have not been opened or used can be returned for a store credit.
Exchange can be completed by mail. You must contact us within 7 days from purchase date and provided with the original receipt. We will give supply an exchange authorisation number. Cost of returned good is on your own responsibility.
All warranties are manufacturer’s warranties. To claim a warranty, the goods need to have the original receipt and still under warranty. Warranty begins from the date of invoice. You must contact us in writing within the warranty period and provided with the original receipt. We will supply a return authorisation number for repair or replacement if item is unable to be repaired. Cost of returned good is on your own responsibility.
Refunds and Credit Notes
All refunds will be placed with a credit note which valid for 3 months from the date of credit note. After 3 months your credit note will be expired and cannot be extended. To redeem credit note, you must tell us on your next order and must be used in 1 transaction only (cannot be split).
Use of Goods
It is essential that all products purchased from us are only used in the manner that they are intended to be used. Products purchased from us are not modified in any way whatsoever from the condition they were supplied in. Your warranty may be deemed void if product is modified in any way whatsoever. This is why we always encourage all customers to read your instruction manual before attempting to assemble or use the product.

The personal information we collect include Surname, First name, Address, Delivery Address, Contact number, Email address, Transaction information, Payment method. All the information you provide to us is kept strictly secured. We will never share your personal details to any other organisation.
We are accept payment via Paypal (the safest way to purchase online shopping) and bank deposit only.
All order cancellations must be in writing by you. Fee 20% incur for cancelled orders for re-stocking fee reason. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Little Giant be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss including but not limited to loss of income, loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, Little Giant does not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from Little Giant.
To the extent that Little Giant may be liable for a breach of a condition of The Trade Practices Act 1974 (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act), the maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.
Authority to Purchase from Little Giant
By accepting our sales terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that you have the authority to enter into a commercial transaction with Little Giant. If you are under 18 years of age, you cannot enter into a transaction with Little Giant. Instead, you should seek the assistance of you parents or guardians. Commercial employees, purchasing on behalf of their company or business must have the appropriate company authority to enter into a transaction on the company’s behalf.
Little Giant shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Little Giant, and Little Giant shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
Any transactions on this site and all legal aspects associated with this site will fall under the jurisdiction of the laws of Victoria, Australia.
